Could you be our new Operations and Stock Co-Ordinator?

This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels and placing orders as required, working with Card Connection & UKG through the ordering process from the point of order to finished product.Your duties will involve ensuring maximum stock availability whilst minimising stock holding, planning for fluctuation of stock sales and ensuring that all purchases present best quality and value and are within budget.In conjunction with UKG you will co-ordinate and track movement of goods through the supply chain, identifying any problems and escalating problems where necessary. You will be responsible for integrity of stock data and records producing reports as required. You will also be responsible for booking in goods and managing the associated paperwork.In addition, you will provide a general administrative support to the Operations Department, including inputting customer orders and department holiday/absence cover.-
- This is a hybrid working role, with a minimum of 2 days a week at our Farnham head office.**Who we are**
