Business Support Administrator

**Location - Northwood (HA6)**
**Hours - 40 - 8am-5pm**
We are currently seeking a **Business Support Administrator** at Northwood HQ. Reporting to the Customer Services and Assurance Manager, the purpose of the role is to coordinate training and employee engagement activity for the Continuous Improvement Programme, and to deputise for and undertake administration activities for the Administration Services team.
**You will**:
Work on Continuous Improvement admin initiatives including:
- Help to support Continuous Improvement methodology to change how we work, create value and to remove ‘waste’.
- A function-by-function review of each Tested Service.
- Involving the function teams to identify improvement opportunities and to implement change.
- Assist your Manager and Supervisors to develop a “We need to be better” culture.
- Audit evidence to ensure we are informing our teams on relevant matters and creating the chance to be engaged.
- Audit evidence Visual Management is consistent and up to date.
- Deliver and support Improvement Workshops (Kaizen)
Support and Deputise for the Administration Services Manager and Admin Support Assistant
- Learn and understand the requirements of administration roles as required to ensure that the right level of deputising or stand-in support is provided.
- Deputise to the Administration Services team to cover holiday or absence.
**We are looking for**:
- Experience of face-to-face customer service.
- Strong administration skills - incl good knowledge with Excel
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels - up to Director level
- Able to gain MoD security clearance - incl the requirement to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years to enable you to work onsite at our clients base
