Fantail Services Ltd was established in 2010 and is a highly successful company in the HVAC and Electrical industries that provide commercial, industrial, and residential services throughout the Wellington region.

This is a unique opportunity to carry out commercial HVAC installations in the Wellington region. Our HVAC installation team are involved with a variety of new installation work which includes Office Buildings, Apartment Blocks, Warehouses, Colleges, Manufacturing plant, Government, Medical, etc. Our HVAC installation team are involved with a variety of installation work which includes ducting, Fancoil and air handler units, extraction systems, Chillers, VRF and refrigerant systems, boiler systems and seismic bracing.

This role will be responsible for providing clear leadership to your HVAC team members on our installation projects, to ensure that the team have a sound understanding of time and quality goals in order to achieve great results.

You will have:
- HVAC / Commercial Plumbing qualification
- Proven experience organising and running a team of 4 or more on commercial installation projects
- Proven experience of working to site programmes and deadlines, project resources including people and sensible procurement
- Proven experience with completing quality assurance [QA] processes
- Proven experience maintaining healthy client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional "all round" HVAC knowledge
- Previous experience of delivering high standard of workmanship and meeting deadlines
- Commercial, industrial & residential installation experience
- Able and enjoys training apprentices
- Ability to always work unsupervised
- A high degree of self-motivation
- A passion for maintaining a safe work environment and health & safety processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional at paperwork processes (some carried out on a phone app)
- Clean drivers licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
