**What’s involved?**
A successful Senior Sous will work alongside an accomplished & very talented Executive Chef, here you will be given the tools to run all aspects of the catering across all outlets of the business. Manage appropriate stock supplies and equipment for the kitchen as well as manage the Health & Safety for the Kitchen. Manage the control of food to reduce wastage in line with agreed GP targets.
