Rates of pay, depending on experience.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced steel section roller/setter/labourer. You will be responsible for setting and running the rolling mills, changing tooling and more. For this role you should also be conversant with operating overhead crane and FLT's to manoeuvre steel stock around the workplace, loading and unloading the machine. Your regular duties would include, but would not be limited to;
- Setting and running cold rolling mills
- Loading and unloading the machinery using a pendant overhead crane
- Occasional quality checks using measuring equipment.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are met and adhered to
- To be considered for this role you must be an experienced setter / operator with experience coming from within the steel industry.

As a roller/setter you will be responsible for setting and operating the rolling mill to roll various steel section. Your regular duties would include, but not limited to,
- Setting and running the cold rolling mill.
- Rolling steel section.
- Loading and unloading the steel.
- Banding the processed steel.
- Operating Press
- To be considered for this role you must be an experienced setter / operator with experience coming from within the steel industry.
