Reconciliations Administrator (Financial Services)
Market Harborough - hybrid working available (our ref AL1190)
Salary to £24,000 + excellent benefits
My client is a successful Wealth Management Company and they have a great opportunity for a Reconciliations Administrator to join their team.
**Key Accountabilities Include**
- Income reconciliation between bank and back off system
- Liaison with providers as required
- Aged debt reporting and chasing of unpaid amounts due
- Liaison with providers and planners regarding anomalies
- Business pipeline reconciliations
- Other adhoc duties as required within the finance team
**Person Specification**
**Knowledge**
- Understanding of key functions in financial services
- Good knowledge of Intelligent Office preferred but knowledge of all back-office systems will be considered
**Experience**
- Financial services industry experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in income reconciliation desired
**Skills / Personal Attributes**
- Proficient IT skills, especially excel
- Good planning and effective organisational skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Teamworker
