About the role

As a Senior Operator within our dedicated teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in the whisky production process and will oversee and control all site production and process activities. You’re going to be responsible for both manual and automated production recording and management reporting systems. We want to see how you will optimise our production processes to maximise our performance.

Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other Key Performance Indicators and targets including quality, efficiency, energy management, planning and cost efficiency.
- A Senior Operator covers a 7 day rota across nightshift backshift & early shift and is required to work 3 in 5 weekends. Our rotas are planned out months in advance to give employees sufficient notice of their working days and holiday periods which are fixed into the rota. It’d be beneficial if you had a General Certificate in Distilling or a Degree in associated sciences along with your high school grades however this is not essential.
