**Credit Controller**

**New Basford, 100% office based**

**37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, flexi start time**

**£25,000 - £28,000 DOE**

Our client are keen to appoint a Credit Controller to join their small, close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to truly make the role their own and work alongside a skilled, supportive, warm team in a fantastic environment

**The Role**:

- Managing, maintaining and reconciling the Sales Ledger and Aged Debtor balances
- Ensuring timely payment of debts, through excellent customer service
- Preparation and submission of monthly statements
- Evaluate and process new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rating
- Building strong relationships with customers and sales team to ensure customer retention and recording of accurate sales data
- Maintaining Credit Card and Go Cardless customer payments and database

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
- Experience of Sage 200 cloud desirable
- Great negotiation skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Able to multitask effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
