**Facilities Management Co-ordinator**
£30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)

We’re looking for a full-time Facilities Management (FM) Co-ordinator to join our property team and support the facilities management for our non-trading estate's portfolio. We have around 2,500 units across more than 1,000 different locations, and we’ll need you to impact this high-profile portfolio. The role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

To give you an idea of how this Facilities Management Co-ordinator role will look and feel, here are some of the things you can expect to do:

- Help the team make sure that our non-trading estate is as compliant as possible
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of compliance across the non-trading estate
- Create reports and provide insights to the wider team
- Manage remedial quotations for work that comes from compliance reports across the estate
- Instruct compliance certification and make sure remedial action is taking place
- A background in property; either residential or commercial
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyse data from a range of different sources
