Adecco Chester are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Hawarden for an **Administrator**to join a friendly and supportive team in a permanent role. The company specialise in a range of certification and compliance sectors.
**Working Hours -** Office hours, Monday to Friday - flexi-time offered. Office-based, with hybrid flexibility.
**Salary -** £20,000 to £24,000 per annum, dependant on experience

**Key responsibilities and duties include**:
- Preparing exam papers, invigilating exams, marking papers, preparing statistics and ensuring security of completed exam papers
- Maintaining accurate certification records and files for accreditation purposes
- Assisting with the administration and set up of national UK exam events
- Financial administration assistance and other Company administrative duties when required, ensuring customers are invoiced and credit controlled before certificate issue
- Co-ordination of management system audits internally and with external assessment centres
- Liasing with internal teams, suppliers and exam boards
- Ad hoc administration duties
**Key Skills**:
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail, high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and high attention to detail
- Available to travel nationally for short periods - approx. once a quarter
- Organised and time management skills
