**Title: Telephonist**
**Purpose of the role**
The Telephonist will be responsible for taking customer calls in a busy office. Duties will also include providing administration support as and when required.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Telephonist will be responsible for the following;
- Taking calls from customers and passing over the details to a member of the dispatch team.
- Taking call out charge payments from customers over the phone.
- Calling customers to update them if their work will be delayed from the original estimated time given.
- Any other adhoc administration support.
- Any other reasonable requests made by the Director.
**Person Specification**
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly and flexibility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,900.00 per year
