At sees.ai, we’re developing cutting-edge autonomous technology (“The Operating System for Autonomous Flight”) that will enable drones to transform the lives of people everywhere.
We’re backed by Boeing, Tawazun, and Techstars, and our founders have played leading roles in teams winning one Formula 1 World Championship and two Americas Cups, as well as delivering industry-changing technology at Apple, CERN, McLaren and billion-dollar hedge funds.
Our initial focus is on addressing high-value industrial and infrastructure use-cases e.g., close inspection of electricity grids and offshore wind assets; and emission monitoring around oil and gas assets. This work will enable us to build experience and safety track record - which will enable us to address higher-risk use cases like logistics and mobility in time.
Your role will be to develop collaborative relationships with large, multi-stakeholder organisations to unlock these markets, and to develop the sales process to deliver scalable sales results. You need the skills to manage complex relationships, working with our team, partners, and the customers to identify and deliver the opportunities that will prove the technology and grow the market.
We’re looking for an account executive to professional with a background in Engineering. You will be working closely with the CEO to develop and manage the sales strategy to deliver complex high-tech products or services to large, multi-stakeholder organisations
You will be working on a hybrid basis out of either the Chichester Head Office, or our new office in Blackfriars, London - but you will need to travel to the Chichester office regularly to work with the engineering team. You will also need to travel regularly to visit clients and attend events - both in the UK and internationally.
**Key Qualifications, Attributes And Experience**
- A BSc, MSc or MBA
- An understanding and appreciation of engineering principles.
- Sales strategy and planning experience.
- Track record of account management success with large organisations.
- A proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You must already be fully eligible to work in the UK.

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
