Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to the healthcare and medical equipment team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Collaborate with other team members to improve office standards and procedures and efficiency
- Provide quality assurance by reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Compliance Administrator
- Proven experience in ISO9001 or similar
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
