**Job summary**:
Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) with a passion for providing exceptional care to patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). As an ACP specialized in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), you will be a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, providing expert clinical care to patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions. Your role will involve comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with IBD, as well as offering support and education to patients and their families.
