Working for a privately owned, independent franchised main dealer as an **AFTERSALES RECEPTION SPECIALIST**, you will be the first point of contact for the dealership’s customers; catering for all their service and repair needs.

Activities will include:

- Processing each booking through the internal IT system.
- Liaising with your workshop and parts colleagues.
- Keeping customers fully informed throughout work in progress, updating them on additional work requirements.
- Presenting a range of approved products and services.
- Completing all related administration (invoicing etc) and updating the customer database.
- Making customer follow up calls to ensure their satisfaction and bring forward bookings.
- Support your parts colleagues at busy times.
- Ensure every customer always receives a high standard of care and attention.

Working hours are Monday to Friday **(NO WEEKENDS)** 8am to 5.30pm. Added benefits include a company profit share and the possibility of a company vehicle.
