**Co. Antrim - Belfast**

**Salary - paying up to £55,000 with benefits death in service, discretionary bonus scheme, company pension, health insurance + others**

Due to continued success, I am delighted to be working with an award-winning construction and utilities company who are seeking for an Estimator to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.

**Duties**
- Work with the project team and communicate with clients and subcontractors
- Prepare take offs and undertake estimates and final account settlements.
- Organise bills of quantities production and obtain material quotes where necessary
- Communicate with and manage the internal and external tender team
- Analyse plans/ bill of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs
- Evaluate quotes from supply chain Assess financial /technical/operational risks of project
- Manage the tender from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries.
- Research, source and negotiate best quotes from subcontractors /suppliers.
- Review supply chain performance quarterly
- Other adhoc duties.

**About you**
- +4 years’ experience in similar role (ideally civils)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
