At Diaverum, we're thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join our team in our North Ormesby dialysis clinic as a Dialysis Assistant.

In this vital role, you'll support our nursing staff and deliver top-notch care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your Responsibilities: Assisting registered nurses in providing comprehensive dialysis treatment. Preparing, restoring, and maintaining clinical areas and equipment. Monitoring and stocking consumable supplies to ensure smooth operation.

Escorting patients to and from the clinical area. Contributing to patient documentation and managing phone inquiries. Providing hands-on care under supervision, including preparing patients for dialysis, monitoring during treatment, and assisting with post-dialysis care. Requirements: GCSE education and NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.

At least two years of experience as a Health Care Assistant, with a focus on high-level patient care. Proficiency in English and working knowledge of MS Office. A compassionate and diligent approach to patient care. What We Offer: Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with paid breaks.

Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work. Competitive Salary Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours 35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service.
