The SLT of this school are seeking a passionate and creative KS1 Class Teacher who is looking to take that next step in their career and take on additional responsibility as a Science Lead.

This Redbridge primary school prides itself on its diversity and inclusivity and has a focus for seeing daily development from both pupils and staff.

The role of the KS1 Class Teacher & Science Lead will involve you leading the school to raise attainment in Science. This will include gap analysis of pupil's strengths and weakness' to help close the gap between these pupils.

As a KS1 Class Teacher with Science lead, you will be supported by the schools senior leadership team. You will lead colleagues in formulation, review and evaluation in line with the Headteacher and SLT.

Together, with the senior leadership team and staff, this Head Teacher has high expectations of teaching and learning and endeavours to make the curriculum fun and creative.

You must be a passionate and creative primary teacher who is not afraid to share ideas and work together with the staffing team to make the Science curriculum exciting and enjoyable.

**You will have the opportunity to choose the year group that you want to teach from September depending on your preference and experience.**

You will be required to work alongside your partner teachers to plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all abilities.
