You'll be working for Weber in Flitwick. Weber is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK, and specialise in the manufacture of industrial mortar products including renders and decorative finishes, tile fixing products, floor screeds,technical mortars and external wall insulation systems. Some of the products the Flitwick site manufacture hold landing lights in place in the runways of the majority of the world's major airports, have laid the floor in the new Victoria & Albert Museum'sEast sites under construction in the Olympic park, created the quay of the London Gateway super port and keep the London Eye upright on the banks of the River Thames.

- Is not afraid of IT and computers having been given training on our systems
- Ambitious and willing to learn and develop within any role themselves
- Demonstrate a strong awareness and respect for health, safety and the environment

**What will I be doing in the role?**

**We currently have vacancies available for immediate start, and full training will be given to new employees when they join the team Shift patterns are rotated on a weekly basis, working 6am - 2pmMonday to Friday, thenthe followingweek working 2pm-10pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 12pm-8pm.**

Our Operatives are very important to the smooth running of the business, you will be responsible to ensure the safe, continuous, effective and efficient production of our products. Your role is important to help ensure products are where they need to beon time and you will be responsible for meeting required plant outputs to ensure that the product moves to the next process step in a condition that is ready for delivery to the customer. To support our customers effectively you will;
- Maintain and promote safe working standards with a commitment to your own and others safety
- Ensure all required data and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) performance standards as part of a high performing team
- Operate vehicles as and when needed
- Work on a fully automated production line with a high level of autonomy
