**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing them with exceptional care and support. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in our care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing support with medication management, as required.
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the senior/manager.
- Offering emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Documenting care activities and maintaining accurate records.

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
