**Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Manager looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment? **We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and leads our clients' social media presence. As a Senior Social & Content Executive, you will oversee the day-to-day management of various social media channels, crafting engaging content, and implementing strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

You'll collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver impactful social media campaigns that resonate with our client’s audience’s.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, adapting content to suit different platforms.
- Develop strategies and plans for clients' social pages, setting targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Lead on client accounts, with client relationship management being a key part of the role.
- Create social plans and keep client content planners up to date.
- Generate creative ideas regularly for clients' social pages, staying current with new social media trends.
- Work on and deliver social media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Produce in-house social media assets and create engaging graphics for social media platforms.
- Prepare monthly activity reports for clients and management.
- Review and implement feedback based on analytic and insight reporting.
- Co-ordinate your own workload to align with key dates and client moments.
- Provide briefs to graphic designers and create engaging social media graphics.
- Coordinate photoshoots for clients, including creating briefs and liaising with photographers and videographers.
- Organise bi-monthly organic content days for clients to maintain a bank of content for their social pages.
- Attend client meetings and engage in social engagement and community development.
- Collaborate regularly with external agencies and companies.

**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
