As a Sign Manufacturer, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and production of a wide range of signs for various clients and businesses. Your expertise in manufacturing and working with different materials will contribute to creating high-quality, visually appealing, and durable signage solutions that meet the specific needs and branding requirements of our customers.

Further role requirements include:
1. Quality Control:

- Perform thorough quality checks during and after the manufacturing process to ensure signs meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.
- Address any defects or issues and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.

2. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment in the manufacturing facility.
- Keep up-to-date with industry safety regulations and implement best practices.

3. Record Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time spent on each project, and any other relevant information for tracking and reporting purposes.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with a team of sign designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery of completed signs.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the sign manufacturing industry.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

The successful applicant must have experience in the following areas:

- Sign Production & Manufacturing
- Application of graphics
- Measuring competency
- Competent use of power tools
- IT Literate

Preferred specific skills
- Vehicle Wrapping
- CSCS Card
- IPAF Certificate
- Sense of humour

You would be expected to work within the factory and on-site daily =. Working hours are 8am
- 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. Overtime is occasionally available/ sometimes required. Salary is £22K- £28K (Dependent on experience, reviewed annually) 28 days Holiday per Annum inc Public Holidays + 1 day extra per annum after every 24 months of continuous employment.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
