This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent Internet Service and related systems to Lids stores and offices across Europe, particularly during the opening phases.

**General Position Summary**:
The Europe IT Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the completion of multiple ISP projects and initiatives in the Europe market, ensuring timely and reliable Internet service at new and existing stores. Additionally, this role will coordinate with construction and IT teams for store openings and provide technical support to resolve IT issues efficiently.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate ISP projects and initiatives in the Europe market, ensuring timely ISP installation and connectivity at new and existing stores.
- Manage the delivery of IT equipment to stores, coordinating with construction teams for access point installation and IT rack setup.
- Works with Construction team to ensure Access Point has been installed and the IT Rack is labelled correctly.
- Verify proper shipping and set up of new equipment giving notification of what and when the shipments will arrive.
- Verifies Cradle Point availability and delivery to new stores and keeps track on their location.
- Completes all IT equipment installation work and testing on site for all new store openings. (Cradle point, Meraki, POS Systems, Embroidery PC, Credit card terminals, etc.)
- Onsite for ISP installation to ensure internet is operational and test connectivity.
- Works with Construction team to ensure Access Point has been installed and the IT Rack is labelled correctly.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues in real-time, ensuring proper installation and functionality of digital screens, mood media content, security systems, and tagging.
- Manage vendor relationships as necessary and assist construction teams with project management tasks.
- Support construction teams with weekly administrative tasks such as invoicing and maintenance coordination.

- Associates or other Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage Internet Service Providers effectively.
- Sharp learning spirit to keep abreast of the latest industry developments and IT practices.
- Understanding of retail industry processes and procedures to provide support across the enterprise.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical personnel effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to complete administrative responsibilities promptly.
- Proactive communication skills to ensure good working equipment at all stores.
- Flexibility to work varying days and hours based on business needs.
- Excellent attendance record and adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the company.
- Ability to travel freely throughout Europe.
- Proficiency in French would be advantageous.
