Dental Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to be a part of our front-of-house team that welcomes every patient that comes through the door and be more than just a receptionist; to be someone who will guide our patients through their journey in the practice.

- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast paced environment
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Friendly, reliable and adaptable
- Able to work flexibly with others in a busy team environment
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- The ability and personality to build a rapport with our patients
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Carrying out general administrative duties to ensure the effective running of the practice, supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- Working as part of a team to execute a first class service

**Working hours**:Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm
