Croma PROception are offering an exciting opportunity for a front of house professional to join our team at a prestigious location in Bracknell, RG12.

The role operates on a permanent full-time basis, 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri with the pay rate of £12.00 per hour.

This is a reception-based role and, as such, requires customer service of the highest standard with a dynamic and proactive approach to visitor experience. We are looking for an individual who can provide a warm, friendly welcome with the ability to deliver a frictionless journey to every tenant and visitor who enters the building.

At PROception, we not only offer a seamless welcome, but we also bring the amalgamation of 3 key disciplines: Reception, Concierge and Security.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Always deliver a 5-star service, representing both Croma PROception and our client
- Provide a prompt, polite and warm welcome to all occupiers and visitors
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in an efficient and sincere manner
- Be seen as a visible customer focused professional and come out from behind the desk to greet clients where possible
- Patrol building at opening and close of shift and report any concerns to building management
- Confidently show around any potential new tenants and assist building management accordingly
- Liaise with building management on any other site matters
- Always provide a consistent professional service
- Anticipate client needs/problems before they arise and that their expectations are met and exceeded each day
- Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly
- Always maintain a high security awareness

- Clear, concise, and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
- Always maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality
- Computer literate
