We are currently working with a leading organisation in their industry to recruit for a temporary HR Administrator to join their team in Hayes.

This role is initially for two months after which it will be reviewed for potential extension.After you have settled into the role the company will offer hybrid working where you will be able to work from home for two days a week.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Full end to end responsibility for all onboarding and offboarding of employees in the business units
- Create contracts, amendment to terms and conditions and complete any changes in the relevant systems
- Support payroll processing for respective areas, confirming instructions, running due diligence checks etc.
- Assist with driving a sustainable and paperless process via the Company’s preferred HRIS platform, Workday
- Support users to navigate HRIS (workday)
- Support employee requests associated to sickness absence, maternity leave etc.
- Undergo any other reasonable task requested

**Experience Required**
- Ideally you should have experience in HRIS systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
