We are currently looking for a permanent Warehouse Operative / relief driver.

The success of our business is thanks to the level of our drivers exceptional customer service skills, and outstanding driving capabilities, supported behind the scenes by our committed and hard working warehouse operatives.

This position is predominantly a Warehouse Operative role, however there will be the requirement to support the driving duties as and when required. You will be required to act as a relief driver covering sickness, holidays etc or as required.

Your main responsibilities for both roles are:

- Moving tyre stock around the warehouse as and when required.
- Picking customer orders ready for despatch.
- Multi-drop delivery and collection of tyres to customer sites (when required)
- Loading and unloading of tyres from vehicles
We are looking for the following Personal attributes:

- A valid full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)
- Have a good level of basic IT knowledge as you will be expected to complete tasks on both Smart devices and our in house computer programs.
- Have a good level of driving experience - _ideally with a 3.5T van, but not essential._
- Understand the importance of and be enthusiastic about delivering excellent Service to our customers.
- You will be motivated to get the job done and have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Being a strong team player you will join our team of dedicated staff to deliver high standards throughout this role.
In return we are delighted to offer:

- Salary up to £23K per annum depending on experience. Performance depending this will be reviewed during and / or after the first 6 months of employment.
- 45 hours per week Monday - Friday, Saturday mornings covered on a rota basis, paid as overtime at premium rate.
