As a care coordinator you will be responsible for covering shift requirements for our clients Essex based team, building relationships with both the clients and field staff (carers and nurses). This role will also involve some hands-on care, ideally you will come from a care background.

**About the role**
- The coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for the complex care clients.
- Building and developing strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses)
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients
- Obtaining staff availability
- Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
- Hands on care with the clients (community based - each shift is with just one client).

**About you**
- You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
- You will have worked in care and ideally will have coordination / rota experience.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

- Our client will offer you a salary of £24,000.
- 37.5 hours per week - predominantly Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm from the Brighton office but with some shifts where required.
