**Administrator - (Job Ref: 22N/CLIA)**

Randox Laboratories is currently looking to recruit an Administrator with exceptional communication and organisational skills, to be based in the Administration/Purchasing department at our Ardmore site in Crumlin, County Antrim. Some of the specific duties will include:

- Daily review of tasks on PIS (currently sits at 40 12-15 tasks per page)
- Daily review of clinic bookings onto the system. (currently not automated and must be completed manually).
- Daily reporting to sales and operational teams for bookings.
- Stock management including trending and analysis of usage.
- Qpulse updates.
- CQC communication on required information and updates.
- Monthly analysis of clinics and report generation.
- Onboarding new staff, following up with departments to ensure IT, DBS checks and training etc has been organised in advance.
- Coordination of driver schedules and van maintenance for UK based company vans.
- The role will also involve data inputting, scanning, filing and other general administrative duties.
