**Trainer (People Trainer/ Quality Department ) (12 month FTC or secondment)**:
We currently have a vacancy for a Trainer to look after all the training requirements of our Quality Team at City and Guilds.

Initially this is a 12 month contract role that could go permanent. This will depend on our business needs.

You will be contracted to one of our C&G location (Wakefield, Warrington, Burntwood or Cardiff) but you will be expected to travel between these offices to ensure that all the training needs are met.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of developing and delivering training and coaching.

This is a full time - 35 hours per week role.

This is an exciting role where you will identify and analyse the training, development, and coaching needs of the Quality Delivery team.

You will review, refresh and design the onboarding programme for all new members of the quality delivery team and also design and deliver on all training, development, and coaching needs for the team.

We would like you to support the team to feel empowered to make decisions, challenge and ask why whilst driving forward continuous improvement.

**About the role**:
In this role you will complete** **a gap analysis for all training, development, and coaching needs across the Quality Delivery team and you will proactively plan and deliver of training. You will also develop and coach plans for our Quality Delivery team both inside and outside of the UK. You will design and refresh onboarding documentation and deliver a robust induction for all new members of the Quality Delivery team. You will work with the learning and development team to deliver strengths coaching across the team.

Quality People Trainer will support the Quality Delivery team to feel empowered to manage risk effectively and have accountability to make decisions.

**About you**:
We are looking for a** **self-motivated, organised, resilient, and driven individual who works at pace who will be skilled in designing and delivering training and carrying out training needs analysis.

As you will be supporting our teams based in different hubs we would like you to be able to travel across the UK. You will be an excellent communicator both within your team, and across the Quality function. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution focused and has a can-do attitude and a person who can work autonomously without day-to-day supervision and be a key team player.

You will need to have proficient IT skills and presentation skills.

It will be a distinct advantage if you have previous experience of working in a Quality delivery/ customer facing background and understanding of the UK education and training markets.
