- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting and maintenance work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
