The Person
- Previous service experience and cocktail experience is a must.
- New cocktail innovation is a big plus
- Must be able to make classic cocktails that are off-menu such as Mojito, cosmopolitan etc.
- Passionate about food and customer service.
- Desire to learn new skills and develop knowledge.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure consistency and standards are met is a must

For You
- One meal per shift for shift openers.
- A share of tronc - combination of cash tips, card tips and service charge.

'Night shift' for availability ticked for evening shifts rather than post midnight shifts.
