**An Excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a well-established Company based in Launceston, Cornwall**

**About The Company**

They are a market leader in bespoke and high-end steel framed glazing systems, with an excellent portfolio of projects across the UK. They combine state of the art design and manufacturing techniques with fine metalwork craftmanship from our HQ in Launceston, Cornwall.

The company are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join us and contribute to our continued success and growth. You will work within a small team, reporting to the Senior Estimator. You will have responsibility for varied duties working in collaboration with the whole team to deliver our high standard service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a first point of contact for new enquiries, logging new prospects and maintaining a client database using CRM software.
- Interpret and gather key project and client requirements, with assistance from senior sales team members.
- Prioritise your day-to-day workload in a proactive manner, to ensure best chance of success at securing new work.
- Accurately review information from clients including technical drawings and floor plans.
- Issue quotations and complete order processing through our in-house systems in accordance with company guidelines and working with key colleagues.
- Working closely with Procurement to capture accurate costing data for use in client quotations.
- Supporting the Finance team to complete the on-boarding process for new clients.
- Communication with the London team to arrange site surveys & client showroom visits.
- Work with the rest of the team to focus on improving processes to provide an outstanding level of service to all customers and accurate information throughout the business. Gaining feedback from across the business and implementing positive changes.
- Assist and support with marketing campaigns and events as required. Engaging with the preparation of the sales and marketing material.
- Handle client and internal enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Assist with the preparation of tenders when required.
- Upholding the company ethos and brand values with the utmost care and attention and ensuring we operate to the highest standards of customer service.
- General admin and errands as required.
- Occasional trips to London office and various clients.

**Salary**: £25-35k pa + OTE bonus scheme. Full-time and part-time working available.

Permanent Contract. Onsite in Launceston, flexible working options available.

0730 - 1600 Mon - Fri.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
