**Contracts Manager**
**Edinburgh (hybrid working available)**
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Edinburgh based client. Working in the higher education sector, the purpose of this role is to lead a busy and high performing contracts team that currently consists of 5 ContractsSpecialists.
This team plays a business critical role and you’ll be heavily involved in managing stakeholders to ensure that a high level of service is delivered at all times.
A typical day will involve:
- Leading the contracts team including line managing and training staff and allocating work amongst the team
- Reviewing workloads to ensure SLAs are consistently hit, identifying when changes are needed to SLAs to make sure the business needs are met
- Remaining hands on in the contracts team and reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
- Working closely with teams and key stakeholders across the business, developing strong working relationships
