Aftersales Advisor

**Job description**

Cameron’s Volkswagen is a highly successful family owned and run motor retailer based in Perth, Scotland with a long history of award-winning customer service. We have been operating for 70 years and are trusted as one of the most established in the network for Sales, Service and Bodyshop customer needs.

We are looking to expand our current professional team of Aftersales advisors. You will possess at least one years experience in the automotive field, with excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate well with customers, technicians and management. Knowledge of the Pinnacle DMS a distinct advantage.

**Day to day role**
- Greeting customers at vehicle drop off,
- Arranging service and MOT test bookings,
- Job card creation,
- Preparing estimates of costings,
- Answering the telephone to arrange bookings and discussing customer requests,
- Liaising with workshop controller to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion,
- Keeping customers updated regarding their vehicle,
- Vehicle handover upon completion and taking payments for works performed.

**The most important part**:

- Up to 7 weeks Holiday per year
- Up to £30,000 plus monthly bonus depending upon experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30280-£40,000.00 per year
