BUTCHER
- Must be butcher trained and have experience in handling and breaking down of meat.
- Process and prepare beef, lamb & pork for the farm shop retail counters.
- Must have an extensive knowledge of meat cuts and standard weights.
- Prepare steaks, cutlets, and loins.
- Must know how to determine which portions to grind and decide how much meat to make into products such as sausages, minced meat etc.
- Butcher trained preferably and able to assist current butcher break down beef carcass, pork and lambs.
