Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner

We are currently recruiting CAMHS Mental Health Practitioners to join our Flintshire team. The current band 6 post will be based in Flintshire and will join our clinical team providing assessment and interventions for children and young people.

We are looking for practitioners who can work flexibly across these different areas of the service with the enthusiasm needed to engage a wide range of children, young people, their families and other professionals in meeting their diverse needs. You must be a registered professional with a relevant governing body (NMC, Social Care council or health professionals council) and be able to deliver mental health assessments and evidence based interventions for children and young people.

Experience of working in the community with children and young people who are displaying a range of risk type behaviours, complex mental health needs and complex family situations would be an advantage.

The service operates 7 day working and the willingness and ability to work across the service hours is essential.
