Durweston CE Primary School are looking for someone special to work in our pre-school. We would like to find someone with a real passion for working with our youngest children.

You will be working alongside our EYFS lead and Senior Childcare worker to provide a wide range of activities and to extend and deepen our children’s understanding and vocabulary as they play. You will be joining a team recognized by OFSTED to be good, because know their children really well, because they model warm and positive relationships and because they deliver an ambitious and vibrant curriculum. We would like to find some who:

- Can build excellent relationships with children and who is passionate about supporting their learning
- Is resilient, cheerful, committed, patient, kind, and firm
- Who works well as part of a team
- Understands the need to be flexible in a small school
- Has knowledge of the EYFS foundation stage and they EYFS statutory framework
- Will support the Christian ethos of our school
- Is willing to attend courses as required
- Has a Level 3 early years qualification from a recognized provider
