Receptionist / Administrator - £24,000 - £26,000 P/A + Yearly Bonus
We're currently searching for a Superstar Receptionist / Administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent telephone manner - (Sales background Beneficial)
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to multi-task in a sales environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexible, adaptable and with a “can do” attitude where nothing is too much trouble
- A proven track record
- This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday (8.00 am - 6.00pm) & Saturdays (9am -5pm).
They will be able to provide general secretarial and administrative services, cascading information and dealing efficiently with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
They will be able to organise and effectively manage the day to day running of a sales office.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage all inbound callers to main office number and act as first point of contact for all
- Manage the mail process for the company.
- Send e-brochures / information / Date Sheets to customers and corporates alike.
- Organise G89/G99 Applications with DNO's
- Contact Installation Department for works UK Wide
- Answer to customer needs
- Organise refreshments for meetings with external visitors, as required.
- Other secretarial duties including ordering stationery (Amazon).
- Make sure files and folders are organised.
- Organise company events and travel (Drinks, Dinners, Hotels, Christmas Meal, Flights)
PERSON SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent IT skills including MS Word and Outlook - Excel beneficial.
- The ability to plan and prioritise.
- Smart, presentable appearance.
- Innovative and focused on continuous improvement.
- Motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Conduct yourself in a respectable manner (in and out of work)
- Professional approach and high level of discretion
- Team player, willing to learn and get involved with wide range of tasks.
- Manage and harvest strong work relationships and team spirit within the team.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle calls efficiently.
- Ability to work on own initiative and generate solutions.
- Good organisational skills, including attention to detail and follow through
- Keen to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and does not need to be managed.
