Pulse is seeking a dynamic **Infrastructure & Building Maintenance Operative** to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based in Woking for 2-3 months at first and then the business will be relocating to Wokingham in June 2023.This offers a unique opportunity to work in two different locations and gain experience in different environments.

As an Infrastructure & Building Maintenance Operative, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, playing an integral role in the warehouse and general facilities management. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials and tools, design and build small fixtures, and gain valuable experience in warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for booking goods in/out, project kitting, picking and packing of goods, and preparing for shipping. You will work closely with internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to build and tear down Systems Integration Test bays in accordance with project needs, gaining valuable experience in project management and implementation.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Organisation (as required) assisting the smooth running of the Warehouse & SIT functions
- Goods inwards, GRN's and goods inwards inspection
- Project kitting and stores issue
- Dispatch, including packing of goods (including DG)
- Sort, organise and maintain Stores Inventory under supervision
- Carryout erection and dismantling of SIT bays
- Basic site maintenance functions
- Basic electromechanical work, including use of hand and powered tools (full training will be given)
- Ensure highest levels cleanliness and tidiness across the site

- A self-starter, self-motivated, approachable, supportive team player
- Flexible - able to work additional overtime from time to time if project schedules are at a demand
- Organised, fastidious, takes pride in domain (i.e. housekeeping)
- Able to deal with internal (Pulse personnel) and external stakeholders
