**Job Overview**:
We are in search of enthusiastic and professional Call Handlers to join our team on a zero-hours contract basis. This role is pivotal in managing both inbound and outbound calls, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in guiding potential students through their journey of enrolling in free government-funded courses, thereby contributing significantly to their educational experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls for customer service purposes, providing information and support.
- Make outbound calls to potential students, effectively explaining the courses on offer.
- Qualify students by assessing their suitability and interest in the courses.
- Accurately gather and record student details, and clearly explain course requirements.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- A confident and assured approach, with a strong focus on delivering quality customer service.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on a zero-hours contract, adapting to varying workloads as needed.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
