We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Mochdre, Wales. As a Bookkeeper your role will be to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

Key duties and responsibilities....
- Bank reconciliations
- Synching of systems
- Responsibility for the credit control cycle
- Producing and sending various custom reports for customers
- Raising invoices to suppliers for rebates etc
- Checking supplier statements and producing payment run
- Responsible for direct debit account set up and payments
- Actioning improvements to systems and processes
- Manage/review utilities costs
- Support/supervise admin assistant
- Occasional projects such as setting up order/invoicing portals for customers

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge/experience of accounts processes would be advantageous.
- Highly organised and able to work/report to deadlines
- Able to own the responsibilities/activities and use initiative to complete them
- Experienced in use of IT systems - we use Orderwise & Sage - training can be given on these
- High level of competency with outlook, word, excel, Smartsheet, Adobe etc
- Good with figures an eye for detail and accurate
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Supervisory or team management experience
- Confident and respectful communication skills

**Hours**: 20 hours per week ideally over 4 or 5 days.
