Our new production facility in Stockport is at the heart of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the production team during assigned shifts, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.
- Oversee the production process, making sure that the team adheres to production schedules and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties.
- Maintain accurate records of production, including output, downtime, and quality control measures.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact production, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Report to management on production performance, including any challenges and successes.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a production leadership role, preferably in the skin and hair care or food, paint or a similar manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software for production management and record-keeping.
