**About Our Client**:
Our client is an international technology and professional services business, boasting a robust team of professionals spread across various locations. The organisation has a strong presence in the market and is recognised for delivering top-notch services to its clients to help them maximise their returns on investments. They provide both knowledge services and technology products to assist clients.

Our client is looking for the third member of their finance team in a transactional, varied role where they can showcase their Xero expertise.

The key responsibilities for the Bookkeeping role are:

- Supplier and client on boarding
- Raise sales ledger invoices and upload to various portals
- Credit control
- Posting and reconciling purchase ledger invoices
- Making payments from various multicurrency accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense processing
- Inter company recharges
- Maintenance of the purchase order system and reconciling to invoices received
- Assisting with data input and reconciliations

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Bookkeeper in this role should have:

- 1-2 year's experience with Xero, expert level
- Proficiency in excel
- Previous experience working within a finance team, ideally to trial balance
- Ideally studying but not essential
- Exposure to multicurrency
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent numerical proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ideally someone coming from a firm with fast growth
