_A business steeped in tradition, Robert Graham Ltd. is an Independent Whisky Bottler, Spirits retailer & Cigar Emporium. With 3 shops nationwide, and a strong online presence, we have been providing the finest Whiskies & Cigars to our customers for almost 150 years_
- Our shops boast a wide range of rare and collectible whiskies, as well as a superb selection of Cuban & New World cigars, making it a haven for collectors, connoisseurs and appreciators of life’s finer luxuries. With a strong emphasis on customer service, we aim to provide a unique experience for our customers while exceeding both their expectations and needs_

To meet the growing demands of the business, Robert Graham Ltd. are looking to hire a _full time retail sales associate _to work at our _Glasgow_ store.
- A passion for Whisky and Spirits
- A strong knowledge of Cigars and Tobacco products
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a good attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic
- The initiative to independently research products to further their knowledge base
- Accountability for stock transparency, logging and transferal
- Effective interdepartmental communicator, and be a keen relationship builder with both clients and suppliers
- Previous experience of working in (or exceptional knowledge of) Whisky & Spirits or Tobacco & Cigars is _**essential **_for this position, and it would be beneficial if applicants hold a Personal Licence and/or WSET Qualification._
- **Rate of Pay**:_
The offered rate of pay to the successful applicant will be dependant upon age and experience.
We offer all our employees Commission based incentives, along with a generous staff discount
