- Accrual and pre-payment preparation.
- Downloading and distributing daily bank information.
- Advising relevant teams of payments received.
- Marking off payments on Sage accounting system and in-house system.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Setting up supplier payments.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Providing supplier payment remittance advices.
- Processing purchase invoices on Sage.
- Order checking.
- Raising purchase invoicing queries internal teams and external suppliers.
- Monthly customer invoicing.
- Ad-hoc invoicing.
- Providing customer statements on request.
- Supplying copies of customer invoices on request.
- Dealing with requests for customer credit notes and invoice voids.
- Setting up customer refunds.
- Dealing with general customer invoicing queries.
- Marking off direct debits on Sage.
- Assisting with credit control function.
- Commission reporting.
- Ad-hoc reporting.
- Assisting with any year end requirements.
- Provide assistance to Bookkeeper and Finance Manager.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with Data Protection and Information Security policies at all times.
