**Role Profile**:
**Main Duties**:
Preparation of product including:
Shot blasting
Vixon surface treatment machine cleaning
Cleaning with sander / angle grinder
Filling of manufacturing imperfections
Load product onto the paint line
Application of primer (where required)
Mix paint elements
Load of, setting temperature & timer of ovens
Follow supplier quality specifications outlined in the job pack
Access job pack & log job times through TruTops
Use hand tools
Use electric hand tools
Lifting & moving products
Post production quality inspection of completed products & subsections of products
Trouble shoot & resolve production issues swiftly
Report any production issues that affect performance to your line manager
Meet daily & weekly targets & report progress daily to your line manager
Carry out work with a focus on high quality output
Any reasonable management request.

Powder coating, painting & mixing experience desirable
Understand & read engineering job packs desirable
Use of hand powered tools desirable
Self-motivated & focused, with a flexible attitude
Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve
Strong communication, team working & people skills
