Landscape Foreman

We are a design and build landscaping company specialising in high end projects based in Hertfordshire. Supplying the home counties.

We have worked on a range of projects both large and small with budgets ranging from £20,000 - £250,000. We are seeking a talented and highly experienced, skilled hard landscaper to join our growing company on a permanent basis. You must be a motivated and forward-thinking foreman to enhance our growing reputation. Running your own team, you will have the freedom to express your skillset and run your team. Must be well presented and be able to liaise with our clients daily in a professional manner and a willingness to learn new skills along the way.

- Hours will be 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Uniform provided.

**Duties/job description**
- Highly skilled in all aspects of hard landscaping.
- You will be a motivational highly skilled leader of a landscape team with a track record for running landscape projects and the day-to-day organisation of the team.
- Must be able to read & implement plans competently understanding construction drawings and detailing.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Must be able to manage a small team and work to a specified schedule.
- Must be able to follow direction well.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the landscape industry.
- Paving - porcelain - Indian stone - granite - setts and all other types.
- Composite decking. (Millboard).
- Blockwork.
- Turfing.
- Drainage.
- Fencing
- all types from cedar fencing to close board fencing.
- Resin-bound (training can be provided).
- Water features.
- Irrigation.
- Tree planting
- Competent in Driving a micro digger /machinery /power tools.

**Salary**: £150.00-£190.00 per day

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
