**SWLEOC Outpatient Clerk Band 3**
Working within the SWLEOC Outpatient team, the post holder will be responsible for booking patients into appointments per the RTT policy. The post holder will book from the outpatient waiting list, nurse clinics, new and post-op follow-up patients and physio clinics. The post holder will answer the telephone and deal with queries efficiently and proactively.
