Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Porotta Maker (South Indian) to join our team. As a Porotta Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality South Indian porottas. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in materials handling, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

- Prepare and mix dough according to the recipe
- Operate and maintain porotta-making machines
- Monitor the cooking process to ensure porottas are cooked evenly
- Inspect the quality of porottas and make adjustments as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment

- Experience as a Porotta Maker or similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and porotta-making techniques
- Ability to handle materials and ingredients effectively
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain porotta-making machines
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Knowledge of logic controllers and SolidWorks is a plus
- Ability to fabricate and weld is an advantage
- Proficiency in using hand tools and other tooling
